Request For Proposal (RFP) Responses

Priority: Find and respond to RFPs for first responder off-duty solutions.

Process:

  • Researched the requesting agency (or municipality)

  • Developed a tailored response

  • Provided an overview of Off Duty Management and its OfficerTRAK® software, outlining how they resolve issues indicated in the RFP.

Sourcewell Bids

 

Priority: Sourcewell helps governments, schools, and nonprofits work more efficiently with cooperative purchasing.

Process:

  • Researched opportunities to win bids for Software and Staffing, specific to governments and first responders

  • Developed responses (in collaboration with ODM's Chief Operating Officer) to 120 questions (posed by Sourcewell) in a 100-page report.

Slicks


ODM's Business Development Managers (BDM) frequently attend conferences focused on developments in law enforcement technology to showcase OfficerTRAK®. Slicks are handouts BDMs provide visitors at their table. The marketing team sought to update these handouts with a sharper design and simple but informative copy.
